Not comfortable bad design flaw

I really wanted to love these but theres a huge design flaw. When you slip your foot in it, the material from the top slides down and you can't get it back up. They're hard to get on too. I bought them in silver and they look great but because they aren't made properly and the material slips, I can't keep them. Beware!

Great fit, great quality. I have worn Cougar for several years and upgraded to these boots! Just need to hold onto the top when you slide your foot in.

Look great but I couldn’t get a size 7.5 foot into the size 8. The side insulation collapses down into the foot bed
