I wear a ladies 7.5 wide. I got a size 6. They fit perfect and are very comfy. I wear them 5 days a week for 10 hours walking retail concrete floors.

i am a womens 7.5, i got a size 6. The womens 7.5 was too narrow for my feet :(. the youth 6 fits a tad bit loose but i like it, its comfortable
