Wrong right from the start , with zero resolution.
Looked online to see if there were 2 pairs of shoes in stock at kingsway mall , get there and only one pair left , so I asked worker if she could see if another store had 2 pairs of converse , she informed me she ordered 2 pair from a different location & would be in 3-4 days being the forth day the day I needed to send boys to school with new shoes , 1 pair came in on the 3rd day witch was a Friday,well come Monday no shoes came in , so in order for my twin boys to each hav3 a pair of new shoes for first day of school I had to purchase a 3rd pair of converse & wait for pair to come on mail do I can return those ones to yet my money back. That was the only solution I got from several workers at store , not happy at all thank god I had enough money to purchase the 3rd pair of shoes at the time , I'm a low income single mom of twin boys 5 years old . Very dissapointed with customer service & zero care to help situation other buy another pair . Not happy right from the start when I choose shoe company for new shoes .

Good First Impressions
We bought these for our son to bum around in this new school year. My only complaint is I wish they weren't velcro cause my kid needs more practice tying his shoes, ha! They have a good amount of grip on the bottoms and from what I've seen they don't leave a mark on the floor.

Super cute but be aware that shoe sizing is so off
Purchase size 13 for my kid who is a 13 but they fit like 2 sizes too big. I recommend sizing down.

Great price & cute
I’m a women’s size 5 and the kids’ size 2 fits me perfectly. For reference, I have narrow feet—these feel snug with thick socks, but the size 3 was too loose and there’s no 2.5 available in-store. They’re generally comfortable for walking and even have a touch of arch support (a rarity in kids’ versions). I originally bought them for the gym since my trainer recommended flatter shoes for strength training, but they aren’t quite flat enough. That said, they’re super cute and great for everyday wear, so I decided to keep them. The Velcro closure also makes them really easy to slip on and off.

Perfect price and quality
I bought them in size 3 which is 5 in women. Those were for my 24 years old sister and she loves them. The ones my sister wanted are the same but in the women section amd they cots the double plus taxes
