Too narrow for my feet

The shoes were a bit narrow and feet hurt while walking. When we had gone for replacement they said it can’t be done as it was worn. Only after wearing for some time we came to know it’s was hurting. We were not told there was a wide option and we had to keep the shoes even if it does not fit. Not so happy as we thought customer satisfaction was important as it is with other brands.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I’m unable to walk Roth the shoe more than 10 minutes. I wore it once and had to change the shoe after 10 minutes. I went to store to return but they refused. So unhappy about the product and service and this will be the last time I will be shopping at shoe company.
