I will not buy until they fix what they ruined. Changed? Why

I bought several pairs of Emile Ballets and Loved them! Would like to buy the older made shoes as l have tried buying another pair and now they are so tight and hit my foot in all the wrong areas? Can not wear painful shoes. Does anyone know why they would change the most comfortable shoe? When did it change. Need the coral, pewter and black. HELP me understand Please Size 9 in older style and now a size 10 why are they ruining the best shoes? Why ? Will keep my old worn out shoe before buying a uncomfortable shoe. I'm getting older and need comfortable shoes!

inconsistent fit

I have a pair of these shoes that are well worn. I've enjoyed them so much that I ordered 2 colors of the exact same size of this flat. They came today and I was so disappointed. One size fit and the other I could barely get my feet into. I laid the 2 colors of the same shoe side by side and they literally looked like they were at least 2 sizes different from each other. So now I either have to pay $8.00 to return the one that doesn't fit or take my time to go to the store, which I don't like to do and is why I buy online in the first place. Something is wrong in the quality control department.

I loved these flats!

I loved these flats, have 7 pair! But unfortunately one pair has the inside lining disintegrating. I suppose they will all do that eventually. Too bad, they are not cheap shoes and should have a better lining for the price! Will start looking for another brand.

Very Happy!

I bought the 'burgundy suede' color. I'm happy with the color, I was worried it would have too much purple color or too red. But alas it is a true burgundy/merlot color. I typically wear 8.5 and thats what I bought. There is a nice cushion in the sole.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Quality not consistent, second pair is horrible!

Loved my first pair so much I wore them out! So tried another and they are horrible. Feel a whole size too small, heel cuts in, and even the cut of the shoe is not even, there is about half an inch difference in how far up my toes one shoe comes versus the other (within this pair, not comparing old to new)!! Unfortunately, I waited past the 30 day limit to try them on and actually wear, so customer service told me there was nothing they could do to even let me exchange them, even though they are obviously defective. So poor customer service and unreliable quality online! IF I ever try again, I will definitely go to a store to try them on before buying.

Comfort doesn't really last throughout the day

Four stars because I have hope that my flats will get better! I wore them around the house and the back of my foot hurt a little, but I thought I was just being too picky. So I went to work in them (retail, so lots of standing and walking), and at the end of the day, my feet really hurt. I had to just force myself to withstand the pain (mostly the edges of my foot, towards the toes). I took them off for a few seconds and put them back on to find them not as painful after that quick break. Hopefully I just need to break these in more, I've only had them for a day. And I'm not giving up on my flats!! Emmies, you will be my friend!

my first pair

Ive been searching for the perfect pair of ballet flats to wear mostly around the office when I don't feel like heels. I tried these on in the lucky store and they were so comfy I paid full price for them. I did not give them a 5 star rating because I find that the sole could cover more of the bottom of the shoe. After one wear I have a tiny nic right above the sole but under the seam bottom front. Maybe this design is what makes them so comfy. I don't know but I don't think I'll be wearing out on the street too much. I will save for office wear and mostly indoors. I have already ordered a second pair and planning for another.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Glorified Slippers

I bought these, and initially they are comfortable, but once i stepped off carpet onto our wood floors, I knew the quality was missing in the sole. I have two pairs of Tieks, and was looking for a similar design style in a nude/beige. I wore my Tieks all through Disney for 3 days straight and I had no pain, strain, or complaints. I wore these Lucky Emmie Ballet Flats to run errands just around locally for 2 hours and paid for 2 days. These shoes are really cute on, but they are more glorified slippers. Not worth the money IMO. I am giving 2 stars for the look and the upper feel, but no stars for sole of shoe or length of wear without foot strain - discomfort.
