Kelly & Katie Women's Phyliss Wide Width Pump

These shoes were so uncomfortable that I will throw them away since I wore them for a day and cannot return them. I ordered my regular size originally, but when I tried them on in the store, they felt too tight, so I went up half a size. I brought them on a work trip, so I was stuck for the whole day with them. My heel kept slipping out, and I got two massive blisters on each foot on the big toe and the big toe joint. By the end of the day, I couldn't walk in them anymore and had to take them off and walk barefoot in a very corporate environment. So embarrassing!! I loved the look of the shoe and the heel was comfortable but the toe box issue feels like a problem with this brand.

I had mixed feelings about these shoes. I originally ordered a 7.5 because they are pointed although I’m a true 7. They were a tight fit more narrow than I anticipated. Thought I’d keep them and just try to wear them to adjust but after putting them of a few times I changed my mind and exchanged them for an 8.. now they are slightly too big and my feet slip out, but I think I can make it work if I stuff the front with cotton balls. I think I rather have them slightly bigger than too tight for the comfort. The height is comfortable and they’re block heels so easier to walk in.

Was looking for a classic, pointed toe back shoe with a block heel for more comfort and this affordable option is perfect. The shoe looks great and feels comfortable, it is classic and won’t go out of style.

These shoes are cute on the foot but they’re not a true wide width when you compare with brands like Naturalizer or Aerosoles. Also this fabric easily gets dirty, even just from rubbing up against carpet or a wall there will be chalky like stains that are very hard to get out and the more you rub the more they spread. Overall, only worth about $25 and you really need to keep it in the box at all times when not wearing. It’s not extremely comfortable long term either, would be best for 2-3 hours maybe.

My Kelly & Katie flats are so comfortable and I was looking forward to buying some heels. These are so stylish but they are unfortunately the most uncomfortable pair of heels I now own. They get tighter as the day goes on, usually within an hour of me putting them on, and at the end of the day, my dogs are barking! It's too bad because all of the flats I own in this brand are so comfortable.

I usually love Kelly & Katie due to the comfort, fit, and price. Unfortunately, this particular shoe runs REALLY narrow. After wearing them for an hour (just standing on carpet), my toes were numb and had indentations from the shoe. They are cute, but not worth the pain. I’ll be returning these shoes.

Just got these in beige and wore them to church (where I like to break in new shoes). It was a little painful breaking them in at first, but I like block heels and they looked great with the formal outfit. I think they'll be my go-to shoes for work functions too!

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I was standing for hours with them and didn’t hurt my feet. They look elegant and high enough to add height and slim you but not too high that it’s difficult to walk/stand. Would recommend them!
