Quality issue

The front plastic toe protector started peeling off. After 5 days it was much worse and not wearable.

Comfortable but poor quality

We bought these for my daughter about a month ago, and although she does report them to be very comfortable, we realized that within a week the velcro stopped sticking, even with multiple cleanings. Also, the front of the shoe is already tearing off. Its very unfortunate, but we most likely will not be buying more new balance shoes.

I can’t thank you enough for offering extra wide shoes. My son has special needs and a foot deformity and new balance extra wide are the only ones that fit him. He is in marching band and they require shoes that are not inclusive and are so narrow. Thankfully, these look very similar and he has zero foot pain.

My son is blind so a good show is important. He also has a wide foot. They make to different sizes in wide and this shoe is the best fit we ever found. New Balance is also very lightweight and the comfort beats all others.

Like them. Usually get a hole in the side toe area within a few months but honestly they are the only extra wide shoes I can EVER find so I don’t even care. Thank u for making wide shoes!!
