Shipping deadlines to get your order just in time!

Shipping volumes this year are at an all-time high. As a result, some delivery delays are expected with couriers across the country. We encourage you to shop early and recommend following the guidelines below to ensure your package arrives in time:

Get your order by December 24

Consider placing your order by December 10 to ensure your packages arrive before December 24. Allow extra time if your delivery address is in a remote postal area.

Please note: Styles with price endings in .x4 may require additional processing time, as these items are fulfilled by an external vendor.

Shipping to Major Urban Centers* (to arrive before December 24)

Order by December 15

Ship Elsewhere in Canada** (to arrive before December 24)

Order by December 10

**Please allow one additional week when shipping orders to Northern Regions and Remote Centers. We no longer accept General Delivery (GD), P.O. Box and R.P.O. Box addresses.

Free Shipping for VIP Members

VIP Members get free ground shipping on all orders (no minimum). Non-VIP members (including Guest Checkout) get free ground shipping on orders over $80 before taxes. Orders under these minimums are calculated in real time in the checkout.
